Hands‑on experience in administrative tasks within an international education context

Opportunities for cross‑cultural engagement with international students and colleagues

Involvement in research initiatives and the preparation for international accreditation

Responsibilities

Manage student records and enrollment data

Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, scanning, filing

Respond to inquiries from international students through email and in person

Serve as a point of contact for students

Contribute to research projects, gathering and organizing data for accreditation purposes

Help analyze program effectiveness, student outcomes, and curriculum alignment

Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree, current OU Graduate Student enrolled in the Spring semester

Must attach Spring 2026 ONE class schedule

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Interest in international education and working with diverse student populations

Ability to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines

Physical requirements: sitting for long periods, regular bending, stooping, stretching, light lifting, and frequent computer use

Special Instructions: If selected, subject to the University of Oklahoma Norman Campus Tuberculosis Testing policy
