* Experience preparing for, participating in, or supporting administrative hearings, including evidence review, case preparation, issue identification, and post-hearing documentation or follow-up.* Experience advocating for individuals with disabilities using culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches.* Ability to interpret statutes, rules, and evidence; identify key legal and procedural issues; and make sound, well-reasoned recommendations.* Skill in gathering, organizing, and evaluating information from interviews, documents, and other sources to identify relevant facts.* Ability to explain complex information clearly and write logical, well-supported reports.* Ability to work respectfully with residents, families, providers, and state partners, maintaining professionalism in sensitive or challenging situations.* Ability to adjust approaches as situations change while maintaining focus on resident needs and exercising good judgment.All applicants must submit both a current **resume** and **cover letter**.
