What You Will Do
Count and record inventory with precision – capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations; walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in pharmacy, retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, and/or warehouse work is preferred.
No inventory experience? No problem – we provide training.
Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, or medical sales environment).
Complete required pharmacy and hospital training certification.
Comply with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards (screening, PPE, confidentiality).
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Encouraged to apply: no degree needed, no experience or returning to the workforce, military experience.
Access to reliable transportation.
Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.
Working Conditions This position requires frequent travel by car, occasional air travel, the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch from lower shelves, use a step stool, and lift up to 25 lb.
