What You Will Do

Count and record inventory with precision – capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, expiration dates of medical devices and medication.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow.

Move between inventory locations – walking or standing for extended periods.

Meet daily performance goals – productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements (Qualifications)

At least 18 years of age.

Experience in Pharmacy, Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver or Warehouse work.

No inventory experience? Will train.

Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office or medical sales environment.

Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.

Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards.

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.

Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Access to reliable transportation.

Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.

Working Conditions This position requires frequent travel by car and occasionally air, standing for prolonged periods, repetitive motions with both hands, squat, kneel or crouch, use of step stool, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
