Responsibilities

Count and record inventory with precision – capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow using the playbook.

Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

Meet daily performance goals and potentially receive productivity‑based wage increases.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18.

Experience in Pharmacy, Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales Representative, Driver, or Warehouse work.

No prior inventory experience required – training provided.

Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, or medical sales environment.

Completes required pharmacy and hospital training certification.

Compliance with healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements.

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.

Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Access to reliable transportation.

Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines.

Working Conditions This position requires frequent travel by car and occasionally air, prolonged standing, walking, use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, and occasional use of step stool. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
