$43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform machine setup and changeovers according to production schedules.
Install, adjust, and calibrate tooling and fixtures.
Conduct first-piece inspections and obtain quality approvals.
Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related equipment malfunctions.
Maintain accurate setup documentation and logs.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards during setups.
Optimize machine performance and cycle times during setup.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably with machine setup.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with various tools and machinery.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) accurately.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming or HMI configuration
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
Basic welding or machining skills for fixture modification/repair
Forklift certification or experience with overhead cranes
