What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide empathetic support to customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and educating on healthcare programs

Process and validate inbound medical record requests while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient information

Review patient insurance claims and verify benefits through online portals, ensuring accurate billing data

Manage multiple software applications for data entry and maintain accurate account information

Track metrics and provide detailed reports on customer experience and resolution rates

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Minimum of 1 year of call center experience

Experience in healthcare support, technical support, and health insurance verifications (highly preferred)

Proficiency in data entry and understanding of HIPAA regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in medical billing or coding (highly preferred)

Background in a medical office setting

Strong attention to detail and adaptability in ambiguous situations

Demonstrated ability to multitask and improve processes
