Part Time Teller
Location: Franklin Park, NJ (Franklin Park branch).
Position Overview As a Part‑Time Teller within PNC's retail banking organization, you play a key role in delivering the best experience for our customers. You will work in collaboration with the branch team to provide an inclusive and personalized banking experience.
Job Description
Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate.
Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems.
Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications Preferred Skills Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Identifying Opportunities, Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales.
Competencies Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Addressing Customer Needs, Banking Products, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Fraud Detection and Prevention, Managing Multiple Priorities, Matrix Management, Problem Solving, Understanding Customer Needs.
Work Experience Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree. Prior experience is not required; a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Pay Transparency Base Salary: $19.00 – $25.38 per hour.
