Our HVAC Service Technicians diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems and complete assigned preventative maintenance.
What we offer
Competitive compensation with potential to earn over $48 per hour with tools, resources, and training provided
Base salary and bonus program; top technicians can earn over $100,000 per year
Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible candidates
2 weeks Paid Time Off for all new hires

Paid training and professional development; 150 hours of training per year

Visit clients’ homes to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
Relevant licenses and certifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
