Responsibilities and Duties
Create positive customer experiences by consistently providing excellent, 5‑star service to customers.
Safely park and retrieve customers' vehicles in designated valet parking storage area.
Assist customers and/or guests with luggage and other items, encouraging a positive arrival and departure experience.
Monitor the parking/drive up area to keep the flow of vehicles organized.
Assist guests, customers and staff with general inquiries about parking, site location, directions, amenities, attractions, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
Customer focus – naturally outgoing/extroverted.
Communicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communications.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company (clean driving record).
Reporting Relationship This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Work Environment This position works outside in all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non‑moving aircraft. This position may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
Outside work in all types of weather conditions.
Position may require bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, and gripping.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a non‑exempt position. This position includes shift work which requires working evenings and weekends, and on scheduled company holidays.
Travel No travel is expected for this position.
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications
Customer service experience in the service industry preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Entry level position.
