What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to ensure data reliability
Research, reconcile, and process exception orders and maintain pick‑exception logs in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop actionable reports to drive process improvements
Mentor team members on WMS best practices and collaborate with various departments to resolve complex issues
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment with WMS/inventory‑management systems
Proficiency in operating material‑handling equipment and common office tools like Excel and Word
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends and recommend corrective actions
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills for training peers and guiding process improvements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM, Six Sigma)
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Familiarity with Lean methodologies and Kaizen events
Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain management role
