Onsite Endpoint Support Technician
Location: Burton, OH (with travel to Akron and Barberton locations)
Contract Duration: 1–3 months
Overview We are seeking an experienced Onsite Endpoint Support Technician to provide hands‑on technical support for endpoint devices at our Burton, Ohio location, with occasional travel to Akron and Barberton sites. This is a short‑term contract role ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer‑focused approach.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
Assist with network connectivity and printer setup.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Document all support activities and maintain accurate records.
Travel to Akron and Barberton locations as needed for onsite support.
Requirements
Proven experience in endpoint support or IT helpdesk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation for travel between Burton, Akron, and Barberton.
