Job Overview MAC General Contractors is hiring an Integrator / Operations Coordinator to be the strategic glue that holds people, projects, and systems together. Maintain and update project schedules, inspections, trade timelines, and deliveries.
Build and refine company SOPs for repeatable success.
Track milestones, identify risks, and report potential delays.
Run weekly leadership meetings and drive completion of action items.
Streamline internal communication between office, field, and subs.
Create and manage job costing systems for each project.
Monitor budgets, allowances, changes, and overages.
Track AP/AR and generate weekly financial performance reports.
Oversee change order process—pricing, documentation, approvals.
Proposal & Contract Preparation Collaborate with the Intake Coordinator to convert leads into estimates and contracts.
Build proposal templates with scopes, line items, and allowances.
Maintain vendor pricing and subcontractor rates.
Client & Communication Management Send weekly client updates and ensure timely communication.
Keep schedules, change orders, and selections current.
Maintain organized digital project records, photos, and logs.
Serve as a central communication hub for clients and vendors.
Field Coordination Support Provide Field Superintendent with current schedules and materials lists.
Track deliveries, purchase orders, and equipment use.
Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance tasks.
Administrative & Technical Management Manage Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar PM software.
Update dashboards and metrics (KPIs, job costing, scheduling).
Maintain templates, forms, company files, and digital tools.
Occasionally assist Marketing/Admin with photo organization and content prep.
Qualifications Required Skills & Traits Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-through abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication
High proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Prior experience in construction estimating, coordination, or residential project management
Ability to manage multiple active projects with calm confidence
Preferred Experience Familiarity with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or comparable platforms
Understanding of construction phases and sequencing
Vendor and subcontractor communication
Financial tracking and job costing systems
