Electrical Maintenance Journeyman
to support electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities in a cement manufacturing environment. This is a full‑time, onsite position reporting to the Electrical Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and repair PLC and HMI systems Install and maintain electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards Plan and document electrical maintenance and installation work Support continuous improvement of electrical systems and equipment reliability Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Communicate effectively with employees at multiple organizational levels Maintain company equipment, tools, and work areas in safe condition Complete required safety and technical training Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies Qualifications
Required
Associate’s degree in Electrical or Electronics field
OR
5+ years of equivalent training or experience Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience Current Electrical Journeyman license (as required by applicable law) Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Preferred
Experience with CTI 505 and Allen‑Bradley PLCs HMI programming experience Manufacturing or heavy industrial environment experience Additional Requirements
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment Ability to use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators when job‑related and safety‑required Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable law, including accommodations related to PPE or respirator use where feasible.
