This role positions you to guide each family's experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and excellence. You'll manage everyday correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and keep detailed applicant records that support informed decision-making.
If you excel in dynamic, purpose‑driven settings—where responsiveness, structure, and accuracy directly influence family experience and enrollment success—this hybrid opportunity combines remote flexibility with consistent in‑person involvement at admissions activities.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering timely, considerate, and professional engagement with prospective families (both virtually and face‑to‑face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Work directly with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Ensure admissions systems, records, and follow‑up workflows remain current and precise
What You Won’t Be Doing
Set admissions strategy or render final admissions decisions
Function in an entirely administrative capacity with no direct family engagement
Work within a slow‑moving, heavily bureaucratic structure
Emphasize relationship cultivation without rigorous follow‑through and operational execution

Basic Requirements
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
2+ years in customer‑facing roles within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar functions
Excellent administrative and organizational capabilities; you demonstrate high reliability and precision
Strong attention to detail with proven experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing remote responsibilities alongside in‑person campus duties
Able to adjust quickly and succeed in a fast‑moving, mission‑focused environment
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on‑site in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
