Behavior Technician – Bilingual – English & Spanish Required
Join Autism Learning Partners as a Behavior Technician. No certification required—just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children.
Schedule & Pay
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Setting: Primarily in clients’ homes, with occasional local center sessions
Daily pay access available
Compensation: $23 – $29 / hr (additional $0.50 / hr for bilingual)
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
At least 6 months of paid/volunteer experience with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus)
Own a smartphone, tablet, or laptop capable of capturing session data
Experience or exposure to individuals with autism or special needs (family, friends, or work) is a plus
Passes criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and has or receives immunizations for MMR/VZV (we pay for these)
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
Can keep up with active children, enthusiastic and professional
What You’ll Do
Help kids learn through play by teaching new skills such as communication, sharing, and following directions via games and activities
Be a positive role model, encouraging progress and celebrating small victories
Stay active by moving, playing, and engaging throughout sessions
Keep documentation organized and track progress (training provided)
Support families as part of a team that helps them see real progress and hope
