About the Role The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the inside sales team with creating quotes and proposals, processing orders, and ensuring an efficient fulfillment process for our customers. He/she will ensure that all assigned work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Elettrotek is looking for a motivated professional with a desire to build a sales career within a high‑growth organization. The right candidate should possess a solid work ethic, the ability to multi‑task effectively, and be able to learn the technical details and specifications of our product line.
Responsibilities
Respond to RFQs, prepare proposals, and process customer orders
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM appropriately
Communicate effectively with customers and partners
Contribute to achieving company goals and OKRs
Assist the inside sales team as directed by management
Effectively coordinate with other business units such as logistics, outside sales, and procurement
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1‑2 years’ sales experience is preferred. Industrial sales experience is a plus
Must have superior time‑management skills including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
Must be detail‑oriented and possess data entry skills
Must be fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish preferred)
Must be a team player who can collaborate effectively across departments
Should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Experience with CRM tools such as SAP and/or Salesforce is preferred
Knowledge of metric system and foreign currency conversion is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑focused attitude
