Position Summary As the Manager, Creative Content within the Last Mile Delivery (LMD) organization’s Driver Engagement, Communications & Content Team, you will play a pivotal role in enrolling, supporting, and retaining gig drivers on the Spark Driver App. You will lead the creation of impactful graphic and short‑form video content that aligns with strategic objectives for the driver experience. This role partners closely with Driver Communications, Technical Content, and Website & Branding workstreams to manage projects, ensuring efficient workflows and the delivery of high‑quality creative assets that enhance engagement and support for our nationwide network of drivers.

What you’ll do

Oversee multiple creative projects, ensuring timely progression from initial concept to final asset delivery.

Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to clarify messaging objectives and generate creative, multi‑channel solutions.

Manage the project request log and production calendar to maintain an efficient workflow.

Keep project files well‑organized for easy access by the design team.

Develop original, engaging, and high‑quality assets that reinforce messaging and brand identity.

Continuously refine processes and creative messaging to help achieve team objectives.

What you’ll bring

4+ years of experience in graphic design, communications, or a related discipline.

Expertise in graphic design, digital communication, and media.

Solid understanding of corporate branding and adherence to brand guidelines.

Strong grasp of video production best practices.

Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into creative work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through execution.

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Working knowledge of HTML and experience with digital photography is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or a related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications Supervising Associates Masters: Economics Project Management – Project Management Professional – Certification.
