Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to online banking services, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding account details, banking products, and online services.
Assist customers with technical issues related to online banking platforms and mobile applications.
Troubleshoot problems and address customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about banking regulations and product updates to provide relevant assistance to customers.
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
