The Dispatch Scheduler coordinates technicians, inspectors, and service routes to ensure efficient daily operations. This role optimizes schedules, minimizes downtime, and ensures timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for field staff
Coordinate routes to maximize efficiency and coverage
Communicate schedule changes and urgent updates in real time
Monitor technician availability, job progress, and completion status
Handle last-minute adjustments with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records
Collaborate with client care and operations teams
Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or logistics experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure
Proficiency in scheduling software and communication tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in home services, inspections, or field operations preferred
