Position
Warehouse Material Handlers – Full Time, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Pay
Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour
Additional Pay: $2.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift; Sunday – Saturday (4 days a week, work 2 of the 3 days to earn additional overtime). Hours: 4:45 pm – 3:15 am

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid forklift operator’s license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Team player; work in a diverse environment
Professional relationship building at all levels of the organization
Highly thorough and dependable
Excellent attendance record; punctual
Minimal supervision required
High initiative and accuracy, even under pressure
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods
Adheres to health and safety methods
Flexible schedule across various shifts
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions (loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting)
Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
Accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, loading/unloading of trucks
Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production
Other duties as assigned
