Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least one year of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid Forklift Operator’s License
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Team player capable of working in a diverse environment
Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a strong attendance record
High degree of initiative and accuracy even under pressure
Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
Capability to work safely and use health and safety methods
Flexibility to work various shifts on a flexible schedule
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and truck loading/unloading
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours
Perform additional duties as assigned
