Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

SUMMARY This leadership role oversees and advances maintenance operations across multiple industrial manufacturing facilities. The position focuses on building long-term maintenance strategies, improving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and supporting safe, efficient production environments. This role offers high visibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to lead continuous improvement initiatives across complex operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support daily maintenance activities across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.

Drive maintenance KPIs and utilize data to improve planning, reliability, and cost control.

Oversee capital projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and infrastructure investments.

Manage maintenance budgets, forecast expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.

Utilize CMMS systems to standardize processes and support a high-performing maintenance organization.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.

Select, negotiate, and manage external service providers and vendor agreements.

Coach, develop, and lead maintenance teams while supporting cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.

Ten or more years of maintenance leadership experience within industrial or process manufacturing environments.

Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.

Hands‑on experience with rotating equipment, utilities, piping systems, instrumentation, welding, and basic electrical systems.

Exposure to batch processing environments, including reactor systems and thermal utilities such as boilers or hot oil systems.

Demonstrated knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Experience working with CMMS platforms and enterprise systems; proficiency with common business software tools.

Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities.
