The Foster Grandparent Program is seeking a
part-time Field Coordinator
to recruit, screen, and support Foster Grandparent volunteers (age 55+). This role involves community outreach, volunteer onboarding, and coordination across a four-county service area.
Key Duties
Conduct community outreach and program presentations
Support volunteer placement and program compliance
Travel within a four-county service area
Position will require 25–29 hours per week and is considered an IPERS eligible position
Qualifications
Associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field and/orexperience working with adults 55+
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid Iowa driver’s license and reliable transportation
