Senior Project Manager – Growing General Contractor – Local Projects
Base Pay Range:
$83,000 – $90,000 per year
Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in overseeing custom home and luxury residential projects from pre‑construction through closeout
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients to keep projects on track
Attend and contribute to OAC meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment
Help track project budgets, progress reports, and documentation
Ensure quality and detail meet the elevated standards of custom residential construction
Gain exposure to projects in the commercial, industrial, healthcare, and other sectors, offering career growth beyond residential
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management, with experience in luxury, high‑end, or custom home construction highly valued
2+ years of recent general contracting experience required
Proficiency with construction software (Procore preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors
Driven to grow into a Project Manager role
