HR Administrator (HR Generalist)
Chick-fil-A – Eldorado & Ridge
Chick-fil-A is seeking a hands-on HR Administrator (HR Generalist) to steward culture, develop people, and build strong HR systems in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
This role works directly with the Owner/Operator and Director Team and is trusted with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This is not a clerical HR role, it’s designed for a relational, systems-minded HR leader who enjoys being close to the business and the people.
Your Impact
Recruiting strategy and execution using our ATS and community connections
New hire onboarding and orientation (English & preferred)
Employee relations, documentation, and investigations
Performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes
Workplace safety audits and Workers’ Compensation claims
Accurate bi-weekly payroll processing using Chick-fil-A platforms
HR systems, files, job descriptions, and policy updates
Coaching leaders on people decisions and culture alignment
Experience We’re Looking For
2+ years of leadership experience (required)
Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (required)
Restaurant or operational experience (preferred)
SHRM-CP or equivalent (highly preferred)
