as a Front of House (FOH) Manager. This hands‑on leadership role guides team members and supports upper leadership while ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and a culture of care. You’ll work across all shifts, develop leaders, and execute the Mission and Vision of our Operator.
Your Impact
Lead FOH teams to deliver excellent guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable while building high‑performing shifts.
Partner with BOH and leadership peers to maintain smooth, high‑volume operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling, and all CFA systems.
Monitor restaurant performance metrics and adjust in real‑time to meet shared goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment
Able to work 3 shifts per week (minimum 20 hours), including weekends
Flexibility to open and close the restaurant, and work across all shifts
Experience with team coaching, operational systems, and conflict resolution
Passion for Chick‑fil‑A values, guest service, and culture
