Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients and manage inventory.
Prepare product and process orders.
Handle telephone calls and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facilities daily.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.
Essential Functions/Skills
Accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Provide correct monetary change.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone order processing.
Good motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.
Keyboard or touchscreen order entry.
Work Conditions
Outdoor exposure to varying weather and temperature changes.
Indoor environments ranging from 36°F to 90°F+.
Fume exposure from food odors.
Contact with cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
Telephone communication and vision requirements.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk short distances, lift up to 50 lbs, push and pull trays up to 25 lbs.
Often climb stairs or ladders and step onto storage shelves up to 72 in.
Bend, stoop, crouch, squat and reach frequently.
Fine and gross motor coordination for dough shaping, pizza peel handling, and delivery.
Operate small tools and devices as part of the job.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customer doors.
Distribute flyers and door hangers.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Insured vehicle available for delivery.
Essential Driving Skills
Navigate addresses, maps, and multi‑story buildings within the delivery area.
Handle adverse terrain while carrying product.
Physical Demands for Delivery
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking, climbing stairs, and driving.
Deliver multiple orders per shift.
Travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
