Regional Operations Manager – secondary report
Direct Reports: CSRs, Delivery Experts and Pizza Makers
Indirect Reports: N/A

Assistant General Manager responsibilities
Serve as manager‑on‑duty and second in command to the General Manager.
Partner with the General Manager to assist with recruitment, new Team Member training, and scheduling.
Uphold brand standards and company policies.
Provide consistently high quality product and service to customers.
Maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals.
Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
Foster productive and professional Team Member relationships.
Serve as store mentor and operations expert for all related positions.
Build relationships with customers and the local community.
Handle cash, reconcile, and report as needed.
Control and manage inventory.
Assist the General Manager in marketing efforts.

Valid driver’s license, registration and liability insurance; reliable transportation.
Ability to train and engage Team Members.
Clear background investigation and motor vehicle report required.
Experience with inventory control, labor costs and computer use.
Ability to create and manage Team Member schedules.
Accurate and quick mental math (may use calculator).
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
Proficiency with computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Experience using proprietary software systems (PULSE and PWR).
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Spoken and telephonic communication skills.
Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception.
Ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make decisions.
Ability to stand for long periods; most tasks are performed from a standing position.
