Enable customer and mission success through supply chain strategies and execution that deliver superior operational program performance and create competitive advantage through continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, develop evaluation criteria, and analyze proposals. Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, and write subcontract packages for review. Prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts. Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education. 1 year of professional experience. US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a US SECRET clearance and pass drug and background checks. Desired Skills
Master’s degree. 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Negotiation, Category Management). Business acumen. Proficient Microsoft Office suite. Negotiation skills. Adapt quickly to change. Experience with data analytics. Familiarity with ERP software. Experience with government contracting procedures. Effective relationship building with peers, leadership, and suppliers. Positive enthusiasm and teamwork. Exceptional strategic communication skills, verbal, written, presentation. Security Clearance Statement
