Duties
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on
furnaces, boilers, chillers, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment
Inspect and maintain fluid levels, water flows, quench oils, filters, and washer soap per specifications
Diagnose mechanical issues and execute corrective actions to restore equipment to optimal performance
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications accurately
Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage tools, manuals, and parts inventory
Operate company vehicles safely for material pickups as needed
Report repair needs promptly and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety
Requirements
Proven experience working on
industrial furnaces, boilers, chillers, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with MS Office/database tools
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Effective communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident)
