We’re seeking a Part‑Time Customer Service Associate who can provide flexible support for PTO coverage, absences, and weekend shifts for one of our eCommerce clients.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer support environment, with hands‑on exposure to handling customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Tools & Platforms: Prior experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining a positive experience.
Independence & Accountability: Able to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Work Ethic & Reliability: Maintains strong work ethics, consistently meets attendance and performance expectations, and demonstrates dependability in a remote or fast‑paced work environment.

Mission
Handle customer inquiries through Zendesk and email.
Manage refund requests, address corrections, and dispute resolutions between buyers and sellers.
Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery or payment issues.
Prioritize and process tickets efficiently, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide clear, timely updates on resolutions.
Tech Checklist
A reliable computer (preferably younger than 3 years) and stable high‑speed internet connection.
Experience with Front, ReAamze, MadMimi, KONA, Live Engage, GoDaddy CRM, Billing CRM, Connections CRM, Slack.
A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro.
