Our client, a national home-services brand with strong local reviews, is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to add to their team in Midlothian, VA. You’ll oversee daily field operations for all commercial and residential projects – coordinating crews/subcontractors, confirming materials, and keeping work on schedule and to customer specification – while communicating updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring project delivery and an excellent customer experience. Expect a fast-paced, site-heavy role with professional processes, growth potential, and some evenings/weekends to meet project timelines. Work with customers to confirm details on scope of work for all new jobs Partner with commercial and residential sales teams to coordinate new jobs to completion Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers, internal teams and contractors Coach project supervisors to drive performance and accountability Conduct site inspections for safety, workmanship quality, and progress Lead safety meetings and training, promote site safety, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly Track and manage labor hours and material costs Deliver a standout customer experience on every project Qualifications
Experience supervising field-based crews required Experience in a customer-facing role required Experience or familiarity with construction/building trades required Basic computer proficiency required Valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record required
