Under limited supervision of the Chief Deputy, responsible for the management and coordination of the Executive Division to include planning and coordination of activities, specialized projects, budget preparation, and calendar appointments. Acts on behalf of the Chief Deputy with department staff, public officials, government agencies, and the general public. Safeguard confidential information in line with company policy and legal requirements.
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for required work experience.

Ability to communicate effectively, exercise judgement, and discretion in interpreting and applying agency practices, policies and procedures. Ability to effectively and courteously interact with the public.
