GD Resources LLC is seeking a Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator

to provide administrative, liturgical, and pastoral life coordination services in support of the Fort Irwin United States Army Garrison Religious Support Office (RSO). This position supports the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in the execution of Catholic religious services and programs in accordance with Roman Catholic Church doctrine, Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) policies, Army Regulation (AR) 165-1, and installation chaplain standard operating procedures.

This is a

non-personal services contract position . The individual selected will not be considered a Government employee and will not be subject to Government supervision.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Program Coordination

Attend

100% of required weekly coordination meetings

to support Catholic community planning and execution.

Develop and submit a

monthly Catholic Community calendar

outlining Mass schedules, religious education programs, holy days, special events, and closures.

Maintain accurate

Catholic Community registration records

and submit monthly updates.

Track and report attendance for all Catholic Community services and events.

Liturgical & Worship Support

Prepare liturgical books, Eucharistic elements, and sacred vessels prior to each Mass service in accordance with Garrison SOPs and AMS standards.

Ensure the Roman Missal and Lectionary are properly marked with correct readings and prayers.

Communications & Publications

Create and submit a

weekly Catholic bulletin and announcements

in accordance with RSO guidelines.

Assist with Catholic community publicity, including flyers and announcements for Masses, Holy Days of Obligation, and special events.

Community Event Coordination

Prepare and submit facility reservation requests for Catholic events and services.

Coordinate logistics and documentation for Catholic community events.

Track and report monthly consumption of supplies and materials.

Sacramental Records Management

Collect and verify all required documentation for Sacraments (e.g., Baptism, First Communion).

Prepare and upload Sacramental records in the

Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) portal

for priest certification.

Ensure all Sacramental records are completed within required timelines.

Reporting & Compliance

Provide documentation and data in support of

AMS Quarterly Clergy Reports .

Comply with all contract deliverables, quality standards, and reporting requirements.

Adhere to all security, confidentiality, and child protection policies.

Required Qualifications

Ability to obtain

Catechist Certification from the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS)

Ability to pass a

Tier 1 background check with State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) .

Ability to work with children and comply with DoD and Army child protection policies.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

and Windows-based systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to present information clearly through emails, bulletins, reports, and announcements.

Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and respectful workplace conduct consistent with military religious support environments.

Work Schedule & Environment

Work hours vary based on the approved Catholic Community calendar and events.

Some duties require

evening, weekend, and holiday work , including select federal holidays supporting Mass services.

Work is performed on-site at

Fort Irwin United States Army Garrison .

Security & Training Requirements

Must comply with installation access requirements and identity verification procedures.

Required to complete all mandatory training, including:

Anti-Terrorism Level I

OPSEC Level I

Cyber Awareness / Information Assurance (as applicable)

PII Safeguarding

Child Protection Training
