The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a
Compliance Coordinator
to work at our production facility in Mason City, IA. The principal function of this position is to direct the evaluation of food safety and quality. This position will manage Performance Monitoring and interact with Operations and Extended Staff in identifying food safety and quality gaps and the resolution of those gaps. This position will also manage the SharePoint document control system.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work overtime as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Understanding of requirements and importance of documentation
Attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power point, and Word

Work Schedule
M-F; some weekends and nights may be required to work with employees on all shifts
Responsibilities & Duties
Sign off on all HACCP Paperwork
Quality Suite auditing and implementation
Assist in quality related tasks (including lab testing, and audits)
Manage Performance Monitoring and maintain all applicable records
Monitor the timely solution of all issues found. Verify all solutions implemented to ensure resolution
Track/trend all relevant data to ensure continual improvement
Train auditors to complete performance monitoring
Develop performance monitoring questions to effectively reduce food safety and quality issues
Manage the Document Control System, SharePoint
Provide support for document owners with SharePoint and documents
Review SharePoint annually to verify version numbers
Distribute documents for review minimally every year
Participate in New Product Development, PHACCP, STAR, and FPA’s.
Participate in teams as required i.e. Safety etc.
Required Qualifications Candidates must be in good standing with the Kraft Heinz Mason City Policies (less than a written warning for performance and/or attendance within the last year).
