This position is located in the Facility Management Service. The purpose of this position is to accomplish carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, and pipefitting repairs at near journeyman level. Work is to include preventive maintenance and assigned work orders for certain scheduled work on the buildings and systems. The incumbent is required to repair, adjust, modify, install, trouble‑shoot and inspect systems necessary for the hospital's operation.
