Program Business Services Support – Analyst II

Salary:

$6,031.00 – $7,547.00 per month (New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum classification salary or minimum alternate range when applicable).

Anticipated Interview Dates:

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the Managing Investment Director and senior management, including scheduling, facilitating, and coordinating calendars and meetings.

Assist with data gathering, analysis, and compilations as assigned by project leads; research, compile, coordinate, and analyze data to support process improvement; assist with aggregation, presentation production, and delivery of PD Board and Investment Committee materials within deadlines.

Perform travel coordination, recruitment coordination, and related support functions in collaboration with the Investment Talent & Culture team.

Minimum Requirements

ANALYST II: Minimum salary range of $6,031.00 – $7,547.00.

Telework Information:

Eligible for a hybrid schedule: up to two days remote, three or more days onsite per week.
