Overview
As a member of our golf operations team, your position plays a vital role in supporting our daily operations by collaborating with the Golf Shop, Player Services, Senior Assistant, and Director of Operations to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional golfing experience. This position reports directly to the Senior Assistant.
Experience Required
Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
Self starter
Customer Service and detail focused
Previous experience in a golf related role or relevant education in golf management
Registered PGA associate working towards membership or currently a member preferred but not required
Positive attitude and conducts themselves in professional manner while working
Willness to learn and grow in position
Essential Responsibilities
Manage the daily player registration processes
Open and close the golf shop in accordance with Stand Operating standards
Support the preparation and execution of tournament, outing, group events
Contribute to the merchandising efforts for the golf shop
Availability to work Morning, Evening, Weekend, and Holiday shifts
Assist in overseeing the outside services team
Monitor course conditions to ensure proper pace of play
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and enhance job-related knowledge.
Exhibit attention to detail and deliver exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate golf activities effectively.
