Covered California is looking for a Facilities Analyst to join the Business Services Branch. As an analyst, you are expected to be a critical thinker and produce information using Microsoft platforms. In joining the Business Services Branch, you will assist in streamlining processes and providing customer service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Facility Management: Track maintenance requests, manage inventory, and recommend facility solutions.
Security & Events: Coordinate security badges, address safety issues, and assist with event setups.
Warehousing & Procurement: Oversee receiving, inventory control, and mail and supply distribution.
This advertisement is for a Staff Services Analyst. Effective January 1, 2026, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) will change the classification name to Analyst I and probationary period to 12 months. Your application will still be valid and considered for this Job Control.
