Job Description and Duties Covered California is looking for a Facilities Analyst to join the Business Services Branch. As an analyst, you are expected to be a critical thinker, produce information using Microsoft platforms, streamline processes and provide customer service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Track maintenance requests, manage inventory, and recommend facility solutions.
Coordinate security badges, address safety issues, and assist with event setups.
Oversee receiving, inventory control, and mail and supply distribution.
