Handle and manage all aspects of litigation cases, including case assessment, strategy development, and client communication. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients and team members. Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, ensuring the best outcomes for clients. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case management and resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and precedents in the professional services industry. Support business development initiatives by contributing to client presentations and proposals. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to litigation practices. A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admittance to the New York State Bar. Strong litigation skills, including drafting, research, and oral advocacy. Experience managing complex legal cases and working collaboratively with legal teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. What's on Offer
