This person is responsible for investigating discrepancies, rack storage, cycle counting, and looking after inbound and outbound shipments.**Essential Functions:**1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines3. Ensure inventory personnel are in compliance with procedures, GMP, safety, and company policies4. Tracks and analyses product inventory, providing direction on aged inventories to reduce risk, assure financial reconciliation and maintain inventory integrity.5. Perform investigations, reports, and performs system adjustments as necessary, and resolves inventory inconsistencies.6. Responsible to support all inventory floor functions (production support, EOR, cycle counting, rejects, receiving and shipping)7. Verify that all Sleeves inbounds are being received systematically and in a timely manner8. Responsible for managing the waste tracking and disposal of tankage products.9. Work in conjunction with the Quality Department for quality dispositions.10. Effectively communicate any pending items11. Inventory CS Room: ensure the inventory on CS room is organized and accurate at all times, informing production supervisors/management of discrepancies or abnormalities.12. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors**Education/Certification:*** High school diploma or equivalent desired**Work Experience:*****Required**** 1 year experience operating a scissor lift, reach truck and/or stand up truck***Desired**** 1 or more years of related experience or training in the fields of shipping, receiving, and inventory**Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**1. Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner2. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business3. Ability to effectively work in teams4. Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people5. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles6. Excellent interpersonal, listening, and leadership skills7. Ability to understand and use all applicable aspects of WMS8. Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions9. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals10. Ability to interpret instructions (both verbal and written)11.
