Full-Time Monday - Friday Office Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Every other Friday, the office is closed Compensation

Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain a complete and organized daily hygiene schedule Follow up on broken or cancelled appointments Greet patients and provide an exceptional front-office experience Answer and screen incoming phone calls Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Post treatment and estimate insurance benefits Communicate with insurance companies Perform clerical and administrative duties Cross-train in all aspects of the front office Qualifications

Dental front office experience preferred (recent graduates welcome) Dentrix software experience preferred Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures Strong professionalism and communication skills Customer service-focused mindset Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently This is a unique opportunity to join a superior dental practice that values excellence, teamwork, and growth.
