Executive Administrative Assistant
to support a C‑Suite executive in their Manhattan office. This high-visibility role demands seamless coordination of complex schedules, sophisticated travel arrangements, and strategic administrative oversight in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate complex schedules for the C‑Suite executive.
Plan and execute sophisticated travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, managing conference logistics, earnings processes, and confidential communications.
Interface with executives, clients, and board members, providing independent decision-making support.
Qualifications
10+ years of C‑Suite support experience.
Proven expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and board‑level interactions.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional written communication skills.
Sound business judgment and ability to operate independently.
Availability beyond standard hours and comfort with high-profile interactions.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Financial services background and earnings call exposure are valued. Candidates must be able to be on-site in the Manhattan office full time.
