Job Summary:
The Pre-Legal Assistant role involves handling tasks related to collection services. The employee will be responsible for verifying information in compliance with Federal and State Statutes and Credit Management policies. Key duties include data entry for legal documents, filing, and other essential tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong communication skills and the ability to excel in a team environment
Previous computer experience is preferred
Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled office setting
Proficient in typing, computer-based reading, and understanding written materials
Responsibilities:
Verify information in accordance with Federal and State Statutes and Credit Management policies
Perform data entry for legal documents
Manage filing tasks efficiently
Assist in other essential duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour plus commissions, based on experience
