Job Description and Duties The Employment Development Department (EDD), Document Management Division seeks a motivated, skilled, and challenge‑seeking individual who enjoys innovation, problem solving, and wants to work with a fast‑paced team of professionals. Under the direct supervision of the Staff Services Manager I in the Information Management Group I, the incumbent assists supervisors and managers within the Document and Information Management Center with complex analytical assignments, including legislation, training, procedures, testing, workload management reports, and business process improvement efforts. The incumbent must be flexible, adaptable to frequent workload changes, and possess strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills to support the EDD's mission, vision, values, and business priorities.
Position located at 9815 Goethe Road, Sacramento, CA 95827, near Bradshaw Road and Hwy 50. The role offers free parking and nearby restaurants.
Working Conditions This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the US by the start date. Occasional travel may be required for training, projects, or meetings.

ANALYST I – Salary range: $3,861.00 – $4,839.00
ANALYST I – Salary range: $4,181.00 – $5,233.00
ANALYST I – Salary range: $5,014.00 – $6,276.00
ANALYST II – Salary range: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00
