proactive and experienced HR Generalist
to support our North American operations. About the Role
You will manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws. This role requires
working independently to handle day-to-day HR operations
while
closely partnering with our Australian HR team
to maintain global alignment and a consistent company culture. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance matters, and conflict resolution Maintain HR records, coordinate payroll, and administer benefits programs Support training, health and safety, and HR initiatives What We Are Looking For
2 to 3 plus years HR generalist experience, cross-border experience is a plus Knowledge of U.S. labor laws; knowledge of Canadian labor laws a bonus Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented Aviation or industrial sector experience is a bonus Why Join Us
