What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide advanced technical support to a global community of technical professionals and influencers
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Entra, GitHub, and Visual Studio Code
Develop and maintain automation tools to improve support operations
Analyze recurring issues, recommend solutions, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Assist with planning and supporting virtual and occasional in-person community events
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience providing technical support in IT, software, or cloud environments
Strong proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including PowerShell, Azure administration, Entra, GitHub, and Dynamics 365
Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts, tenant management, and server administration
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with technical professionals and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience supporting developer- or community-focused technical programs
Prior experience creating, managing, or expanding a technical knowledge base
Exposure to additional automation solutions
Previous experience working with global, distributed teams
