Job Description
Apex Systems is hiring a
Desktop Migration Support Technician
for a financial client. The team is conducting a laptop migration effort and needs technicians to assist with machine setup and distribution onsite in North Richland Hills, TX.
Qualified candidates will have:
2+ years of deskside support experience
2+ years experience with SCCM
Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's or higher
Nice to have: CompTIA A+ certification
Job Responsibilities
Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
Team player and can work independently
Configure and image laptops and desktops using SCCM, thumb drives, USB PXE Boot
Repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and company mobile devices
Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi and VPN connection issues
Time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Location : North Richland Hills, TX
Onsite expectation : 100% onsite
Pay range : $20–$23/hour (W2)
